Oxford Life Insurance Company is seeking a quality individual to join our Policyholder Service Department. This individual will be responsible for handling incoming calls from policyholders and agents. Additional responsibilities include processing correspondence for our Insurance and Annuity products. Insurance experience is preferred, but not required. Customer service experience, strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task are essential, Bi-lingual a plus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess strong organizational skills.

The intern will assist in the daily modifications of all external websites, icluding but not limited to www.oxfordlife.com, www.cflic.com, and www.dallasgeneral.com. The intern will also assist in marketing projects to better communicate with producers. Assist in modifying code using HTML, C# and ASP.Net. Create stored procedures to pull information from a SQL 2005 Database. Assist in creating email blasts. Ensure that all design elements, templates, and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types. Offer input and assistance with new design ideas for the site.
